Determine Mounting Location & Clearance (AS 1428.1)

Mounting sanitary bins off the floor prevents unit kick-overs and allows cleaners to mop cubicles unobstructed.

Attach the Wall Mounting Bracket

Every SaniPod unit includes a durable quick-release mounting bracket.

• Place bracket against drywall, tile, or laminate partition and check alignment with a spirit level.
• For masonry/tile: Drill pilot holes and use plastic wall plugs with the provided stainless steel screws.
• For laminate cubicle partitions: Use through-bolts or heavy-duty commercial double-sided mounting tape.

SaniPod Auto sanitary bins operate on standard D-cell alkaline batteries with an average battery life of up to 2 years (approx. 40,000 activations).

Load the Continuous Liner Cassette Refill

The SaniPod continuous liner system allows zero-contact servicing without exposing cleaners to waste.

1. Unlock and open the front servicing cover of the unit.
2. Insert the continuous liner cassette with the arrow pointing upwards.
3. Pull down the leading edge of the liner approximately 30cm.
4. Tie a firm, secure knot at the bottom of the liner section.
5. Pull the liner down into the base of the bin and close the cover.

Mount Bin & Verify Motion Sensor

Slide the unit down over the bracket until firmly seated. For auto models, switch the power toggle to ON and pass your hand 5–10cm above the sensor lens. The motorized revolving lid will open smoothly and close automatically after 4 seconds.
