Returns & Warranty Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you ordered incorrect hardware or need to change your cubicle specifications:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Units must be unused, unmounted, in pristine saleable condition with all original packaging, mounting brackets, screws, and documentation.
• Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened consumable liner cassettes or sanitiser wipe packs cannot be returned once the inner tamper-evident seal is broken.
• Commercial return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

All SaniPod sanitary bin units carry standard 12-month commercial manufacturer warranties covering mechanical defects, infrared motion sensor failure, and housing integrity under normal operational conditions.

Warranty does not cover vandalism, battery leakage from expired third-party batteries, or physical impact damage.
